This program is outstanding for people who want to get RESULTS in an EFFICIENT exercise program.
This common sense program combines strength, cardiovascular, and core training all in each 45 minute session.
The focus is also on EDUCATING each client so that you can become more and more capable of designing a great workout program for SUSTAINED fitness and health.

This is not the cheapest gym membership, but we are confident that we offer the best program and facility in the area. We will get you outside of your fitness "comfort zone" and trying more ENGAGING exercises to get the best bang for your time and money.

This is a NON-TRADITIONAL strength and core program that is not boring. There are virtually no machines used, and very few exercises that allow you to sit while performing. You will do things you have NEVER done before. The goal is to get your stronger and more fit, as well as a focus on CORE STABILITY. This translates to fewer injuries and a more healthy core and lower back. A stable lower back is a healthy and strong lower back. This program is an EXCELLENT compliment to our busy technology driven lives. Let us help you take your body back!

Here are the monthly membership options we are offering:

After the first 21 day trial period, you can either walk away or choose one of the following options:

Option One: $199 / month
Unlimited access to group fitness sessions
A CUSTOMIZED written exercise plan every four weeks, to be done at anytime our facility is open
One weekly private training session (max of two people) to work on your specific needs
Georgetown Fitness membership included

Option Three: $299 / month
Unlimited access to group sessions
A CUSTOMIZED written exercise plan every four weeks
TWO weekly private training sessions included
Georgetown Fitness membership included

During the six month period, members will be allowed to upgrade or downgrade their membership plans as desired.

We believe that the Results Fitness Coaching program is a life changing program in that it helps our clients take back control of their bodies. You will feel stronger and you will lose body fat in this program. You will have more energy, hold better body posture, and just feel younger as you go through this journey with us.

In our 21 day trial membership, we include: Three semi-private training sessions, a written exercise plan to follow, and access to the gym as a Georgetown Fitness member. This is a $275 value all for only $75.

Typical Results Fitness Coaching weekly program:

Monday: Total Body Strength and Cardio session
Tuesday: OFF (do something ACTIVE anywhere you want!)
Wednesday: Total Body Strength and Cardio session
Thursday: OFF But ACTIVE
Friday: Total Body Strength and Cardio session
Saturday: OFF But ACTIVE

ACTIVE means going for a run, a bike ride, playing a sport, or doing anything beyond simple movement. You need the OFF days to recover from the Total Body Strength days.
You can also mix in group Cardio Interval sessions on your OFF days, as desired.
