Break the Cycle of Exercise Failure at Georgetown Fitness Studio!

After eight years of working with clients, we have become skilled at identifying the needs of our new members.
We believe it is a big mistake to choose the cheapest fitness option available because many times people end up disappointed and quit a program. Please let us help you get on a program that will help you succeed. We can assess your current situation and help develop realistic goals.


Here is our typical process for helping each new member:

1. Schedule your initial 30 minute consultation to review health questionnaire and exercise history.
2. Schedule your assessment and personal training session. Bring exercise attire.
-- At this point we will determine the program, class, or personal trainer that best suits your needs.
3. We are now offering an exciting new program called Results Fitness Coaching! Please consider this program as it offers personal coaching options for your success.
4. Start your exercise program!
5. Sign up for a 30 minute check-in session between Day 30 and Day 45.
6. Re-evaluate exercise program selection, and revise as needed.
