Ready to sweat? Indoor Cycling classes bring the road to you- with high-intensity music and inspiring instructors to guide you through the journey. All experience levels are welcome- whether you are new to cycling, are an experienced rider taking a break from the road, or an athlete increasing your training for a long ride, we have a place for you.
All rides start with a warm-up focused on creating flexibility in the joints you will use most in the class, while slowly increasing your heart rate. Once warm-up is over, resistances go up and the intensity increases. Classes focus on interval training, to allow for both strength and cardio appetites. After we heat up the studio, riders are led though a cool-down and brief stretch to ensure you leaving feeling your best.
