About Our Programs

Results Fitness Coaching

With a focus on general fitness and functionality for all that life throws your way, this is a great group fitness program for all levels and ages. Functional Fitness also makes personal training affordable by bringing small groups together (5-10 people) to work with a personal trainer.

The workouts are circuit based and include body weight and free weight strength and endurance movements. We intentionally avoid "machines" in order to teach the best and most efficient way of exercise -- using your own body!

Both members and non-members can take advantage of this program, choosing either a two day or three day per week exercise program.

Sessions take place at 8:30am and noon, Monday through Friday.
Clients can sign up for six week sessions, or be billed monthly on an auto-draft.
The cost varies from $10 to $15/session based upon membership status and frequency.

Personal Training

Our certified personal trainers are skilled at providing you with the most effective fitness programs to help you attain maximum results. Every membership includes an initial consultation and training session with one of our personal trainers, as well as ongoing measurements and tracking tools.

Special Programs

The following programs are offered for an additional fee:


Krav Maga ($40/month for members, $50/month for non-members)

This program combines self-defense, with kickboxing, and core/cardio fitness to provide an excitement workout option. This program is a perfect compliment to your strength training program and will help you acheive great total fitness.
12 week Personal Training Packages:

Each package contains nutrition planning, as well as cardio, strength, and flexibility programming.

36 sessions: 2 payments of $800.
(pay up-front and get 10% off - $1440 total)

24 sessions: 2 payments of $600.
(pay up-front and get 10% off - $1080 total)

12 sessions: $650.
